At OX, we do not have fixed shipping rates. Once the order or quotation request has been placed, our team will calculate the shipping cost based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and nature of the product(s). The customer will receive a personalized shipping quote before confirming payment or order acceptance.
Shipping is considered complete once the product has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. We recommend carefully checking the condition of the package upon delivery. If any visible damage is noticed on the packaging or product, please contact us immediately through the provided support channels within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
To initiate a return, please notify us in writing via the email address provided on our contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for return. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with complete packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of an incorrect order or faulty item, in which OX will cover the corresponding costs.
Once the product’s condition has been verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
For hygiene or customization reasons, certain products may be excluded from the right of return. In such cases, this information will be clearly indicated on the product page.
